1. About Ashmedia
Ashmedia is a mood-based audio coaching app created by Ashmedia Network, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). The app provides access to audio content from the Slay Girl Slay podcast catalog, organized by mood and category to support your personal growth and wellness journey.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Ashmedia. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, please use the app with the awareness of a parent or guardian.
3. Subscription & Payment
Ashmedia offers a subscription plan at $4.99/month. Your subscription includes unlimited access to all audio sessions across all mood categories, new content added regularly, and access to affirmation and exclusive content.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings.
4. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. If we do, you will not be charged until the trial ends. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial period expires. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable fee.
5. Refunds
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are subject to each platform's refund policy. We are unable to issue refunds directly. Please contact Apple support for refund inquiries.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
All audio content, branding, copy, and design within Ashmedia is owned by or licensed to Ashmedia Network, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the app for commercial purposes without express written permission. The app is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Not Professional Advice
Ashmedia provides motivational and personal growth audio content for general wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health therapy, medical treatment, or crisis support. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or call a crisis helpline such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the US).
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Please do not share your login information with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@ashmediaapp.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its content, use the app in any way that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with our services, or share your subscription access with others.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from within the app under Settings → Delete Account. Upon termination, your access to paid content will end at the close of your current billing period.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ashmedia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or free of interruptions. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
